Admissions Checklist
  1. Fill out an application for each child.
  2. Include a copy of their birth certificate, most recent report card (1st-12th), transcript (9th-12th), and most recent standardized testing (1st-12th).
  3. If your child has had any type of special testing, include a copy of that testing with the application. Special testing refers to academic or psychological testing.
  4. Attach the $50.00 non-refundable evaluation fee.
  5. Either mail the application to the admissions office or come in personally to drop off the application.
  6. Submit the two confidential academic recommendations to teachers, administrators or guidance counselors. They must be returned directly to the school by the person who fills them out.
  7. The admissions office will contact you for an evaluation time.
  8. After the student has been evaluated and their application packet is complete, you will receive an answer in 10 business days. For an application to be considered complete, it must include all the items in #1 and #2 as well as the two academic references.
  9. Junior High and High School Applicants are required to have an interview with the Dean of Men or Dean of Women before the admissions process is considered complete. The Dean’s Office will contact you to set up an appointment.
  10. After your child has been accepted, pay the non-refundable registration fee in order to secure your child’s spot.
